Ruth Tenzer Feldman is the author of Blue Thread, which won the Leslie Bradshaw Award for Young Adult Literature and was listed by the American Library Association as one of the best feminist books for young readers. Two companion books—The Ninth Day and Seven Stitches—complete the Blue Thread Saga. She has also written ten nonfiction books for children and young adults, including a biography of Thurgood Marshall.
